Modern garmin suite for determined instrument pilots

INSTRUMENT RATING TRAINING

An instrument rating not only allows you to fly in and through clouds, it also opens the door to flying in cold or wet weather conditions. Additionally, an instrument rating allows you to fly without visual reference to the ground, horizon or landmarks.

WHAT IS A PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE (PPL)?

Instrument Rating training courses are designed for students who hold a Private Pilot License (PPL) and are looking to develop their capabilities as a pilot. An Instrument Rating (IR), also often referred to as Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), is designed to train pilots to maneuver an aircraft based purely on knowledge of the instruments without the need to look out of the cockpit, except for take-off and landing. It is key to preparing both commercial and private pilots for flying at night or during challenging weather conditions.
